After the user finalize the order, it will be verified by our team.
Your order is processed and shipped, after verifying the payment of the same in maximum of 48 working hours, and sending the package between 24 to 96 hours working in any destination,except for situations which we are unaware. No orders placed on weekend or holiday will be processed the week.

- Satisfaction/Return Policy
The deliciasdaestrela.pt recognizes all its customers the right to terminate the contracts they enter into with it, allowing them to return within 14 days of the products purchased pursuant to Decree-Law n. 24/2014 of 14 February, except products are covered by Article 17.º, point d) ("Supply of goods which by their nature can not be returned or are liable to deteriorate or become quickly out of time.")
Customer's responsibility to bear the cost of returning the goods as Article 13.º -2), deliciasdaestrela.pt refund only the amount corresponding to the merchandise value. Excludes returns deriving from any product defect, and in this case the deliciasdaestrela.pt undertakes to exchange the product immediately by another of equal or similar features, supporting their shipping costs.
Any and all alcoholic beverages available for sale in deliciasdaestrela.pt online store can only be acquired by persons who have the legal age to do so, in their country of residence.
