Your order is processed and shipped, after verifying the payment of the same in maximum of 48 working hours, and sending the package between 24 to 96 hours working in any destination,except for situations which we are unaware. No orders placed on weekend or holiday will be processed the week.

The requests made until 12:00 pm (Eg.Monday ), are dispatched to 18pm until the same day (Eg.Monday), proceeding to deliver the parcel to 18pm until the next business day. (Eg.Tuesday)
- The requests made after 12:00 pm will be processed the next business day for collection purposes. (Eg. Request made ace 14.00pm (Eg.Monday), made up to 18pm dispatch the next working day (Eg.Tuesday), delivery of the order up to 18pm of the second day. (Eg.Wednesday)
 
  • Shipping Order

After verification and confirm the payment, our team will proceed to dispatch your order within the time stated above, unless out of stock, the customer is contacted if that is the situation.
 
  • Tracking Order

The tracking Order can be made through your personal account in deliciasdaestrela.pt on "My Orders". Through history we will keep updated on each customer account, you can check in real time the various procedures to delivery of your order.
 
  • Delivery Order

When performing your order request should note that we do not do postal deliveries apart(P.O.Box).
 
Recommendation - The delivery of your order will occur within previously mentioned, 09am to 18pm on time.
